All sales are final once the order is placed, and no refund shall be issued. Our aim is to provide the best quality food products for our clients. The hygiene factors of ingredients and equipment are considered with utmost care. In case there is any defect or damage found in the quality of our product, we can provide a refund within 15 days after the request.
The request should be made within two days of delivery of the product by writing to us at email@example.com, along with the attachment of photographs/videos as proof of the defect.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments, refund will be made to the same account.

Requests received later than 6 hours after placing the order would not be canceled as the company will dispatch the orders within 6 hours for faster delivery.
