To avoid the drawbacks of Vitamin D, you need magnesium. Grains, pulses, fruits and vegetables can do this for you.

Exercise

Stretch your muscles. Do yoga. Join a gym. Lift weights. Go for a walk daily. Cycle. Massage the pain points with lukewarm oils.

We cannot stress this enough. There are even better fun ways out there. Dance.

Therapies Out There

There are many therapies out there which have the potential of even saving surgeries.

Chiropractors and Physiotherapists are the underrated doctors when it comes to muscles, nerves, and bones. There are many more therapies like cupping therapy, saunas, acupressure, acupuncture etc.
